Because you’re worth it!

If you’re like most people, you go through life with ups and downs. Some days you may feel like you’re on top of the world and you can conquer anything that comes your way and others it may be a struggle just to get through.

Your health is an important factor to how you feel – physically, emotionally and mentally – it affects your energy levels, your mindset and ultimately your happiness.

Before I embarked on my journey with Pranic Healing,

I experienced all of these highs and lows and it was my normal way of living. But I can tell you – it doesn’t need to be this way and you deserve to feel great all of the time!

Learning the techniques, I was easily able to understand and apply this to my physical health, so I felt better and was able to treat minor everyday occurrences quickly and effectively. It also empowered me to help my children, who were always prone to bumps and bruises, colds, coughs and tummy aches. This in itself was enough to convince me to learn more but there are far more benefits to Pranic Healing.

I also incorporated the meditations and other simple tools and techniques and found that these brought calmness to my emotions and clarity into my mind. This was helping me to build resilience not only with my physical health but also the way I handled what life threw at me. My knowledge and understanding of life itself was shifting.

If you want to learn how to feel great – not only sometimes by ‘fixing’ each problem one at a time but also in a more holistic way, then you can learn more about how Pranic Healing can help you.

The entire system is simple yet so effective. You are encouraged to use your own mind, apply the techniques and validate them for yourself. To my surprise, the results didn’t take very long to see that things were working.

There are upcoming introductory Pranic Healing courses coming up soon. You can take yourself to the next level by learning about the mind-body connection, meditation techniques and healing skills to help yourself, your family and loved ones.

Once you’ve started your journey into self-discovery and healing, you can continue on with fascinating courses such as Advanced Pranic Healing, Pranic Psychotherapy and Crystal Healing. Or why not learn about how to protect yourself from negative energies in Psychic Self Defence or even immerse yourself into deeper knowledge of your energy bodies and chakras with the Spiritual Essence of Man.

3 Pathways to Effective Self Care

It’s that age old saying – put your own oxygen mask on before you help others. Self-care is just that – it’s looking after yourself so that you can better look after others and achieve all you want to in your life.

Self-care relates to supporting physical and emotional wellbeing as well as good mental health. As we all strive to keep up with the fast pace of life, the continually changing environments, increased workloads and full schedules, we need to understand the importance of looking after ourselves.

Self-care should not be another thing on the to-do list, it should be part of your everyday life. Good habits built-in to everyday situations and behaviours – a mindset that understands you are worthy of care.

It’s not selfish to put yourself first. In Pranic Healing we focus on giving service – this includes service to ourselves as well as others.

We want to delve into three effective pathways to self-care, which Pranic Healing can support.

1) Effectively managing stress and anxiety

Physical illness can be caused by a build up of stress and anxiety which negatively affects our energy body. When the body and mind is under stress, it cannot perform as well as it usually would, leaving us feeling depleted, tired and can even lower our immune system. It makes sense then, to do all we can to combat both the causes and effects of stress. Pranic Healing helps on all levels, from removing the negative effects of stress on the body, to in turn, promoting physical and emotional wellbeing.

2) Nurturing a calm mind through meditation

When we are running at a million miles an hour through life, distracted by technology and an always ‘on’ culture, our minds become overactive. This can lead to feelings of stress, worry and overwhelm – if this is you, it’s time to get off the carousel. Taking time to meditate is vital and the benefits are huge. Resting your mind promotes a sense of calm and inner peace, a chance to reconnect with yourself and the world around you in

a mindful way. If you would like to experience additional benefits of positivity, spiritual connection, clarity and prosperity, the Pranic Healing Meditation on Twin Hearts is worth trying. Give it a go and see how you feel afterwards.

3) Embracing good physical health habits

Our bodies are temples being the vehicle for the soul. It’s essential we look after ourselves physically and maintain good health, appreciating what we have been blessed with and nurturing it in all ways. If you do not already have some good, regular health habits in place, now is the time to take action. Even if you choose just one to begin with, it’s a great start. There are many habits to aspire to in your day to day life which contribute to optimum physical health – healthy eating, getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, getting out in nature.

Pranic Healing supports these so well, since it can help to build the strong body you need – there are even treatments to improve performance during exercise and energy levels.

Gift yourself better self care – learn Pranic Healing

Would you like to remove negative energy patterns from your life and create a healthier mindset this autumn?

Have your self-care rituals fizzled out over the summer?

Are you lacking confidence and self-esteem?

Do you struggle to carve out much-yearned for ‘me time’ and are you tending to your own needs last?

If you have answered ‘yes’ to any or all of the above questions, don’t worry, you are far from alone.

Whilst the summer holidays are a wonderful opportunity to kick back and unwind, they also bring with them a lack of routine which often makes it trickier than usual to honour the self-care commitments we have made. However, the great news is Pranic Healing can change all of that, helping mind and body restore their balance. It is a fascinating and fast-growing complementary therapy that is improving the quality of so many lives around the world. If you would like to experience what it has to offer for yourself, read on…

September always feels like the perfect time for a fresh start. In many parts of the world, students of all ages are returning to school, after all. We also have the refreshing month of autumn to look forward to, and all of the colourful and natural beauty this seasonal change brings with it for us to enjoy.

But we don’t need to be an academic student to embrace learning new things as the nights draw in and we reach for woolly scarves and gloves. There are many ways we can embark on an enriching journey of self-care and well-being this autumn, and learning Pranic Healing Level 1 is a wonderful example of that.

Pranic Healing is a non-touch energy modality that can even be applied distantly. It works on the basis that the body is capable of healing itself. It is logical and scientific. It covers every aspect of our lives. As we work our way through the various teachings on offer from Pranic Healing, we can even learn how to cultivate more abundance and better relationships.

But first things first: students at the beginning of their Pranic Healing journey will gain a thorough and practical knowledge of Level 1. This course alone will kit them out with a literal toolbox to tend to their well-being by reducing stress-levels, increasing general health and immunity, improving focus, building positive character traits, balancing the emotions, and cultivating peace.

Level 1 Pranic Healing is the gateway to learning about every facet of one of the most leading edge energy healing therapies in the world. Level 1 in itself is life-changing. Students learn techniques to treat a variety of everyday ailments. Everything is validated and systematic, setting Pranic Healing apart from many other complementary therapies.

So many of us have suffered with our mental health during the pandemic – and continue to do so on a daily basis. There is no greater feeling than having the know-how to reduce feelings of depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and many other psychological conditions that have manifested during these ever-changing times. You will be able to apply these priceless techniques on yourself, and you will be able to apply them on family and friends.

Pranic Healing is the skill that really does keep on giving!

Pranic Healing courses are currently running up and down the UK and in Ireland, and you can find the schedule here:

Make this Your Best Summer Ever

Are you ready to shake off the heaviness of recent months?

Would you like to feel lighter and brighter in the gentlest and most natural of ways?

Do you find yourself procrastinating because there aren’t enough hours in the day, or any willing participants to join you?

The questions above will have many of us reverently nodding our heads in agreement. But we can implement little changes for the better immediately once we decide to say YES to the call of our hearts, turning our back on the mind and its multitude of get-out clauses.

The summer season is a great time to try out new activities and create healthier habits, with all of those wonderful extra hours of daylight. The simplest, most unassuming of feel-good routines often deliver the greatest results, yet these daily or weekly commitments needn’t ever become a chore, rely on comrades, nor cost the earth. They can, quite literally, be as free and easy as opting to walk to work to bask in the sweet fresh air as opposed to driving. Or making a point of taking a proper lunch break outdoors and heading to the serenity of a park several times a week instead of eating on the go at the desk.

Which isn’t to dissuade the joining of gyms, yoga classes, or team sports!

One of the best ways to ensure that any new way of living takes root is to make scheduling a weekly priority. Look at the days stretching out in front of you realistically and see where you can switch things around to fit in that much-earned (and much yearned for) hour of gardening, walk in the woods, after work swim, or the beginner’s kayaking/SUP session you’ve been promising yourself.

Sometimes showing up for any of these activities may mean sacrificing an episode of our favourite Netflix series. But the outcome will be worth it!

Even those of us who have coasted the proverbial wave of this pandemic and remained in relatively high spirits, need to be mindful that we are getting outside enough and connecting with nature. The vitality the body absorbs from the sun goes beyond mere Vitamin D. Just as we benefit from daily exposure to air, ground, and tree prana, summer is the optimum time to ensure we are receiving a good dose of solar prana.

Prana translates from Hindu as life force; the universal energy flowing in and around the body. Its tiny particles surround us, and, when the body and its chakras are depleted of prana, malfunctions can occur – not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. Indeed, there is much wisdom in some of the old fashioned sayings such as ‘an early morning walk is a blessing for the whole day’ and ‘fill your lungs, clear your mind’…

But the words in this blog are just the tip of the iceberg. If you would like to learn more about what Pranic Healing can do for you, (your family and your friends) the summer is also the perfect time to sign up for a course. Now that restrictions have eased, there are a variety of fascinating Pranic Healing courses underway all over the UK to help you not only mentally and physically, but financially and spiritually too.

We look forward to seeing you and helping you set out on that life-changing journey!

Healthy New You, Family, and Friends

Are you ready to improve your physical and emotional well-being now we are emerging from lockdown?

How does a fresh, systematic and logical approach to good health sound as we start to pick up where we left off?

Would you like to learn a new life skill to benefit yourself and your family and friends?

When Master Choa Kok Sui brought the teachings of Pranic Healing – a non-touch energy healing modality – to the masses (it’s now in over 126 countries, his vision was to have a Pranic Healer in every household.

When we think about that inspirational goal in the wake of the pandemic, taking into account the pressure the NHS has endured – not just courtesy of Covid-19, but other ailments and diseases not to mention the impact on our mental health – it is a timely target in every sense.

Learning Pranic Healing is a truly life-changing experience when it comes to the health of the body and the mind. It’s empowering and comforting to know there is a toolbox at our disposal to treat and improve life’s physical aches and pains; from the smallest of niggles through to more complex issues.

Having the wherewithal to apply a simple-to-follow, step-by-step treatment to a heavy nosebleed, a tummy bug, or an ankle sprain is a huge positive and incredibly reassuring when you are a parent. Being able to treat a sore throat or a fever is a wonderful, time-saving benefit.

Each of these protocols is taught in the Level 1 Pranic Healing class, so that straightaway, students go home with practical skills that can be put into action.

Level 2 takes students deeper into the application of the teachings with a focus on chronic illness and severe ailments. It’s revolutionary in its approach, and, as with all of the Pranic Healing courses, it’s scientific and validation-based. Nothing is blindly taught so you get the chance to learn and practice with a very open mind.

None of which is to suggest Pranic Healing should ever replace traditional medicine or a professional diagnosis. Rather the two can work together beautifully. Referring back to the NHS overload situation, Pranic Healing gives us a very real opportunity to do something practical to help lessen the burden on the National Health Service – no matter which country we live in.

The strain on our state health systems is definitely a worldwide issue. But once we have learned the various Pranic Healing techniques we can immediately start to implement them to alleviate our family, friends and, of course, ourselves.

Lockdown’s conditions, which came as a shock to most of us, have definitely challenged our states of mind. However, when we are armed with easy-to-follow protocols (they are literally akin to following a recipe in a cookbook) to treat conditions such as anxiety, stress, depression, and grief, we can help ourselves and we can help others back to a happier and more natural disposition. That’s what a Level 3 course can do.

Pranic Psychotherapy is fascinating, and a real insight into the emotional root causes of many chronic physical conditions which might previously have been given a ‘Band-Aid’. When we combine our psychotherapy knowledge with the skills we have learned to alleviate physical conditions, the improvements are quite remarkable and we further understand the importance of purifying ourselves of the thousands of negative thoughts we have a day, ‘keeping the cup empty’.

So there we have it: three fabulous, groundbreaking courses, which, as a package, are transforming so many lives all over the planet.

There’s no better time to get started!

Follow your dreams to a happier, healthier you because for one thing, you deserve it, and for another, you’ll be in a position to help so many others.

Super Charge your spiritual growth

Would you like to make a difference in the lives of others in your community?

How can a single person truly serve the world and have a positive, life-changing impact on others?

Doesn’t being spiritual mean hours of meditation, cut off from civilization? Isn’t it impractical in the modern world, something that works only for a select few?

Whilst the answers to the first two questions are hopefully ‘yes’… and an emphatic ‘yes, they really can!’ it might surprise you to learn that spirituality is actually for everyone. It’s a continuous, non-negotiable way of life because whether we are consciously aware of its existence or not, we are all treading the spiritual path – just at many different stages depending on our very individual soul development. Something which is as unique as a fingerprint.

With the recent lockdown and the pandemic putting a temporary pause on our normal ways of life, it’s only natural that many of us will have spent time reflecting on the various aspects of our lives; that many of us are feeling organically drawn to the aspect of goodwill, charity, and helping others. Perhaps more so than we ever have been before.

All of this goes hand in hand with the Golden Age we are entering, as humanity as we move further away from the Dark Ages and into Aquarius.

And right now, as we are moving through the powerful full moons of April, May (which incorporates the important Wesak period), and June, there are many ways we can focus on boosting our spiritual growth. Indeed this is one of the best moments of the year to dedicate ourselves to doing so through world service since the effects are tremendously powerful.

These acts can be big and small (a large donation to a homeless charity or baking a cake for an eldery neighbour). They come in all shapes and sizes (volunteering for a food bank or running a free class to share your knowledge of a skill). The possibilities are endless, the sky’s the limit -making giving feel like fun in the process.

The emphasis is very much on evoking community spirit and reaching out to others outside of our homes and circles of families and friends, not to overlook being there for our nearest and dearest, of course. But these acts of regional, national and international goodwill all have one thing in common: they are heart-centred with no expectation of return.

However, those on the spiritual path, many great religions and new age thinkers know that in giving we receive… in fact, this is an important universal law that is necessary for our spiritual balance as individuals, as vital as the air we breathe. It’s no coincidence then that we are getting these impulses to be charitable and to practice loving kindness in as many ways as we can. They benefit the recipients as much as they benefit us. In turn, those who receive love and kindness are vibrationally raised and inspired by its blessing. And so the cycle begins.

One small gesture of help, one random act of kindness truly can travel across the globe, lifting humanity. Our loving thoughts when coupled with action are that powerful.

Now that Pranic Healing courses have restarted again across the UK and Ireland, why not put your curiosity and inspiration to the test?

Come along and find out more about the many opportunities for spiritual development within our supportive learning community!

Spirituality – Your Key to Success

January marks a time of new beginnings, often marked by setting new goals around health, career and finances in order to achieve happiness and success.  It is commonplace to put our focus on looking ‘outwards’ to reach these goals without truly considering and developing the characteristics required to achieve them.  Have you ever considered that the key to your success and happiness already lies within you and it’s your own self development and understanding of oneself that will allow you to achieve things that you may once have thought impossible? Thus, ensuring that you have a goal this year to nurture your spiritual development, could end up the most important and impactful goal you will ever make.

So what do we mean by spiritual? There are many levels of truth and Grand Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga describes spirituality as a way of life.  He states ‘It is not just doing meditation.  People on the spiritual path are not anaemic.  They must be sharp, strong and courageous.  Being spiritual means being powerful, dynamic and intelligent.’

These characteristics together will help you to achieve your goals throughout life with much greater ease. The process of developing these characteristics will ultimately allow you to develop a much deeper understanding and connection to yourself and enable you to remove internal obstacles that have the potential to stop you from achieving.

Developing these characteristics in balance is extremely important, for what good would it be to have power without intelligence?  Or intelligence without the motivation and power to put it to good use? The tools and techniques that Master Choa Kok Sui developed are designed to do exactly that.  He describes Pranic Healing as ‘a bridge to spirituality’.  As you study the Pranic Healing courses, you will learn a multitude of techniques that you can put into practise on a daily basis, starting on the Level 1 course and running right through to Arhatic Yoga.

These techniques will help to develop a kind and loving heart, a powerful will and an intelligent mind, all allowing you to gain more inner peace and develop spiritually.  A recipe to take your self-care to a whole new level, allowing you to achieve things that might be beyond your imagination right now.

Spirituality does not mean, as many believe, spending hours and hours meditating each day and in Master Choa Kok Sui’s words, ‘Spiritual practitioners or disciples should have their hands reaching out to Heaven … but their feet should be firmly rooted to the Earth.’  In spite of their spirituality, they must maintain their practicality. They must be able to produce physical results.’

Free yourself from fear and welcome new beginnings

Do you have phobias or addictions? Do you seem to get ill all the time? Do you feel your body is low in energy? If you are carrying stress, it can cause your emotions to run wild and leave you feeling low, anxious or depressed. It’s well documented that stress can be linked to physical disease – in fact that’s what it’s showing you – dis-ease – you are not at ease in yourself.

Worry and anxiety stems from fear. Fear is the root of many emotional and mental health issues that we see in today’s busy societies and these in turn cause the physical body to become depleted, low in energy and susceptible to breaking down.

People who suffer phobias and addictions often feel that they are trapped in this way of life and cycle of behaviour and that there is no way out.

The good news is, there is a way.

Imagine if you could remove all fear and free yourself from those chains?

The key to welcoming new beginnings in this New Year of hope, is to conquer your fear. There are many ways fear can arise – you may have deep seated emotions from past trauma, long-term embedded negative behaviours, deep phobias or addictions. These all create negative energies in the body which make it vulnerable to emotional upset  and if left untreated, physical illness.

Removing fear and negative energy can liberate you from worry and enable you to break free from your own chains. Even deep-seated phobias and addictions can be overcome. Replace fear with positive energy, clear thinking, a calm mind and loving-kindness and you can welcome new beginnings into your life.

Pranic Healing can help in all of these challenging areas by providing easy-to-follow tools and techniques you can practice to feel better, mentally stronger and be more empowered to live the life you want to live. The courses teach you techniques to remove stress and other negative emotions like jealousy and anger, and to purge negative programming which might be holding you back.  There are even specific treatment for phobias and addictions to things like smoking, alcohol, drugs, food, sugar, gambling or sex, which have helped many people across the world.

We all live busy lives and a physical or emotional ailment can arrive through certain patterns, lifestyle behaviours and psychological changes. By using specific techniques for those ailments or conditions this pattern can be reversed and the body is then able to heal itself.

It is an incredible technological breakthrough in the science of healing.

“I feel like the luckiest lady alive as I was given the opportunity during the Psychotherapy course (Level 3) to join Les Flitcroft on stage, where he was able to very quickly transform my fears into courage.” A Pranic Healing Psychotherapy student.

Courses in Pranic Healing Level 1, 2 and 3 run all the time, across the UK and Ireland. Find out more and start your journey to new beginnings today.
