Hope and Healing – the Road to Happiness

pink balloon lot on air during daytime

Most of us thrive from having choice and opportunities. The more choices we have, the happier we can feel, knowing we have a sense of control. We are constantly faced with decisions to make and choose the paths that we believe will enrich our lives and bring us closer to our goals. Sometimes however the decisions we make aren’t always those that will bring happiness into our lives.

Society implies that we must gain certain things in life in order to be successful and can make us feel that without reaching these goals, we won’t be happy. These expectations in what we should do in our lives are what can create disharmony within our minds. The good news is, there is a way to disentangle ourselves from this, which will help create more happiness.

When we are unhappy, it’s mainly because something in our life does not live up to our expectations surrounding it. This could be our expectations of our partner’s behaviour toward us, the amount of recognition we deserve at work, how people treat us and so forth. The theme to all of these scenarios is based on external factors that are outside of our control. What we do have control over is how we perceive and react to people and situations.

Energy places a significant role in how we perceive the world around us. We are all individuals who have unique personalities and experiences that influence how we think, how we feel, and ultimately who we are. If we have negative experiences with people, we will tend to see things differently than someone who is always loved and appreciated. So, when different people encounter the same situations, each will have a unique and different perspective.

A bad experience often results in a negative viewpoint. Drilling down deeper, this is actually an energy particle that sits within your energy system. As we get older, these accumulate and a person may find it difficult to see things positively in life.

The good news is, there are ways to rid ourselves of these energy particles which will allow us to see things for what they truly are and live a more positive and fulfilling life. Pranic Healing is a system that brings all of these techniques to people in easy, simple and practical applications to cleanse our systems from unhelpful energies. Just because you can’t see this energy, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you can see the results, allowing you to feel better physically, emotionally calmer and have a clearer mind.

You can book a session with a  Pranic Healer or you can even take the courses and learn this system yourself. There are also free meditation groups that are run throughout the UK & Ireland and seminars to give a better understanding on how energy works and how it can influence your health, your relationships and all aspects of your life.

New Normal – Moving forward with Pranic Healing

How has the ‘lockdown’ impacted you?
Have your motivation and confidence suffered?
Have your finances been hit hard over the last few months?
Are you finding it a struggle to think positively about how to get back to ‘normal’ life?

The sense of hope that is usually brought about by the start of the Spring season has been overshadowed by the Covid-19 Pandemic across the globe.  An emotional rollercoaster is one way to describe what many people have been going through and for the majority, it has been life-changing. The world has been thrown into unchartered territory and our sense of freedom has been limited like never before.

Lockdown has tested us all in different ways. What has been a period of reflection for some, for others, has been filled with anxiety and worry? For many, it has been an opportunity to spend precious time with family members, for others it has brought about a strong sense of loneliness.

Working at home for many people has saved money from the usual daily expenditures like commuting or eating out, but for others, losing jobs or closing businesses has created a looming financial strain.

Whatever situations you may have experienced so far this year, we all have to face working towards building a ‘new normal’. The good news is, this is a great opportunity to think about our lives and to embrace new techniques to help transform our ways of living.

Master Choa Kok Sui’s Pranic Healing is designed to help people in all aspects of life including Health, Relationships, Finances and Spirituality. If you have not yet had a Pranic Healing session or considered taking the courses, then there is no better time to do so.

Having regular Pranic Healing sessions and by learning the techniques for yourself will give you the skills to help improve your physical and mental health, build stronger relationships and develop a clearer sense of who you really are.

If you are feeling a little ‘stuck’ here are two  important things to consider:

Positivity – Your thoughts and emotions directly impact the outcomes in each area of your life.  To help yourself move forward in the right direction it is important to create the correct mindset and remove negative and limiting beliefs.  Pranic Healing techniques will help you become more positive.

Proactivity – A lack of motivation or drop in confidence can often follow a period of downtime or feeling unwell. A Pranic Healing session can be the perfect remedy to help reboot your motivation and confidence, helping you to become more proactive to achieve your goals.

As social distancing measures continue to relax, you will soon be able to attend Pranic Healing courses in the UK & Ireland again very soon.

Book your place now to help move your life in the direction it deserves to go and discover your ‘new normal’.

Transform your life even further with Arhatic Yoga

We all have unique personalities, beliefs and experiences. They shape us, mould us, and help us to learn and grow. They help us to get further ahead in life as we learn more about ourselves – what we do and don’t want. Invariably, we learn negative behaviours as we accumulate unwanted thoughts and emotions that can hold us back. This can lead to poor physical conditions, becoming over-stressed, anxious and having reduced clarity of mind.

Did you know that Pranic Healing can help?

If you have already experienced a Pranic Healing course, you have taken the first step towards achieving more and gaining empowerment in your life – with practice, it’s possible to improve your physical conditions, reduce stress, help others and positively impact all areas of your life.

Pranic Healing is the fastest growing complementary therapy in the world, with more and more people understanding its science-based approach with amazing yet logical, repeatable and consistent results. It’s a non-touch, energy-based healing system that works at the energetic or base level and thereby addresses the root causes for conditions of the human body.

Did you know, you can transform your life even further with Arhatic Yoga?

Arhatic Yoga builds on principles learnt in Pranic Healing and uses techniques that have been around for thousands of years. The word ‘Arhatic’ is derived from the word ‘Arhat’ describing a ‘highly evolved being’.  Arhatic Yoga is a synthesis and integration of seven yogas. Taught under the guidance of Pranic Healing Masters who impart their priceless knowledge and wisdom to lead students to the next level of learning and beyond.

One Arhatic Yoga student writes:

“Arhatic Yoga is all about you and your spiritual development and from my very own experiences, the results are nothing short of unbelievable.

I came into Pranic Healing by ‘accident’ and felt drawn to the logical approach and simple techniques. I started off wanting to help my family and was more interested in the physical healing aspect of the modality. After I completed my Level 3 Psychotherapy course, I already started feeling amazing and my life was noticeably changing for the better. Not only was I happier and calmer, I also felt that there was more purpose in my life with others also noticing the positive changes.

I can’t tell you how profound the changes in my life have been since learning Pranic Healing and this has increased tremendously after my first Arhatic Yoga Retreat. From starting out as a complete sceptic and seeing the results for myself, I was still reluctant to attend initially as the unknown was preventing me from taking a further step. This is how most people are in their lives. We stick to what is familiar to us and then get conditioned to maintain the status quo, even if this isn’t optimal.

If you are practising Pranic Healing, then you know that the techniques work and that the results speak for themselves. You are always encouraged to experiment, validate and to draw your own conclusions. So if you can, then I highly recommend you attend the Arhatic Yoga Retreat. It is truly an incredible experience that is for you and you alone. So try it, validate it and make your own conclusions when you see the results for yourself”.

Interested? Transform your life even further with Arhatic Yoga, starting at the upcoming Arhatic Retreat.

Loving how my life turned around with Pranic Healing!

After being diagnosed with Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) in 2011, I spent the next 7 years desperately trying to find someone – or something – that could help. When I discovered Pranic Healing in 2018, I had no idea that it would be so effective, not just for the CRPS but for all the other physical, emotional and mental issues that come with chronic pain.

I had an accident that left me with severe nerve damage in my left leg and foot and was told by Consultants and Specialists that the damage was irreparable. I was given a cocktail of painkillers, antidepressants, a set of crutches and a wheelchair. I couldn’t wear shoes or socks. Even a slight breeze or a drop of rain on my foot would cause it to swell and discolour. It felt like every kind of pain you could imagine was partying in my leg.

My world shrank and I became a recluse. I couldn’t work, not just because of the pain but also the side effects of the drugs and lack of sleep. On a good day I could get to the bathroom and back by myself but that would be it.

Many months were lost to the pain and drug-induced brain fog. Severe depression set in and didn’t leave. My whole body ached and my energy levels were constantly low. The thought of spending the next twenty, thirty or forty-plus years in constant pain was unbearable, and suicidal thoughts were always in my mind.

Fortunately, I had the love and support of my family and a partner who spent every spare moment looking for therapies. He always believed that there was something that would work. That ‘something’ happened to be Les Flitcroft and Pranic Healing. When I heard about how Les had regained the use of his arm through Pranic Healing, I was full of hope that he could help me.

After the first Pranic Healing session with Les, I noticed huge changes and these continued. The depression lifted, my energy levels went up and I slept through the night. The swelling and discolouration in my leg and foot stopped and I was less dependent on the wheelchair. I looked forward to going out and took up a couple of hobbies. When I went on holiday it didn’t take me three days to get over the travelling and I could last the day and evening before getting tired.

I was so impressed with the results, I took all the courses so I could continue to self-heal and learn the science behind the magic. Eighteen months on and I work as a Pranic Healer, specialising in helping Horses and Dogs and I couldn’t be happier.  I don’t have my old life back, I have one that’s so much better than I could ever have imagined. I’m loving life with Pranic Healing. To feel healthy and confident enough to go out and join in with the real world again is something I will always be grateful for.

Would you like to feel increased love and compassion for others?

The ancient secrets of these time-honoured practices are now revealed in over 18 science-based studies recently published. If you’ve been looking for overall better quality of life science now agrees that ‘loving-kindness’ meditation is the key to helping physical and emotional conditions.

So what is ‘Loving Kindness’ meditation, how do you experience it and how do you make it last?

This type of meditation focuses on developing feelings of kindness and warmth towards other people and thinking positively towards them. With regular practice, it has been found that these positive emotions not only give instant gratification but sustain long-lasting effects. There are many health benefits to ‘helping others’.

Have you noticed when you help someone it makes you feel really good?

Any act of kindness, no matter how small, makes you feel positive about yourself and other people.

The Meditation on Twin Hearts is a method used for gaining deep relaxation, promoting health, increasing creativity and intelligence, attaining inner happiness and fulfilment. It is practised by millions of people worldwide and is a simple, natural, effortless technique with proven benefits.

In fact, during scientific brain studies using P300 Qeeg analysis and 19 channel EEG recording before, during and after Meditation on Twin Hearts by Jeff Tarrant, PhD and Neus Raines, PhD results showed that: ‘regular meditators exhibited increased in gamma waves at all points of the meditation at the right insula.’

Men’s Health Day Special

It’s well known that men tend to be solution-focused and like to fix things. They like to take objects apart just to see how they go back together.

Practical, capable, problem solving is highly respected attributes. The ability to focus on a task and see it through to successful completion is an indispensable quality.

Whilst men have the mindset to fix things, unfortunately, many men of all ages can really struggle when it comes to ‘mending’ their own minds.

Recent statistics indicate a worrying trend. According to Movember, globally, every minute a man dies by suicide.

In the UK, 75% of suicide cases are male.

Many charities are addressing the issues men face by looking at mental health through a male lens focusing on prevention, early intervention and health promotion. They are working towards a world where men take action to be mentally well and supported by those around them.

Many men deal with stress by turning to a pint with a mate, releasing pent up emotions at a football match or taking themselves off for a long run or bike ride.

In moderation, these helpful coping strategies are like release valves but deep down they don’t necessarily get to the underlying causes of the mental health condition. Left unattended, too much pressure and stress on the mind can lead to psychological and often physical ailments.

The mind can be compared to a computer processing data. The data of the mind being unhelpful thoughts and emotions. Left unattended with too many programmes running a computer can crash.

The mind is no different if it becomes overloaded and weighed down with worries, doubts, fears and concerns it can crash bringing down the physical body with it. Health, relationships and financial problems can all add to the mental burden.

Once a computer is cleaned up, de-fragged and a rebooted the restoration process can begin – the same applies to the mind.

So what tools can men use to help clear the mind and propel themselves to a happier, healthier place?

By learning simply to use practical techniques, men can learn to take charge of their wellness and become successful at well being.

Pranic Healing is a non-touch energy-based system which includes specific breathing techniques, special exercises, advanced meditation, pranic treatments and much more.

Used globally in over 126 countries this self-development approach to physical, emotional and mental health is helping men transform their lives on a daily basis.

Soothe your stress and feel revitalised this season – Gift Yourself Pranic Healing

Do the gloomy winter months affect your health and overall energy levels? Do you feel stressed and get recurrent coughs, colds and sniffles?

Would you like to know the key to lifting your mood and having vitality so you bounce through the winter months feeling energetic and happy?

Exposure to sunlight increases the brain’s release of a hormone called Serotonin. A lack of Serotonin due to seasonal patterns has been linked to a type of depression called Seasonal Affective Disorder ‘S.A.D’

Serotonin is associated with boosting mood and helping a person feel a sense of calm and focus. Research suggests that most people feel happier in the summer months. When the radiant ball of light shines in the sky people have much more energy and feel brighter. In the winter months, there is less energy from the sun which affects many people.

Artificial solar lights have been found to provide the closest spectrum of light to that of the sun. Whilst effective this artificial light can never fully replace sunshine as it does not have the same makeup as natural light. The good news is that Pranic Healing can really help.

Pranic Healing is an ancient science and art of healing that utilises ‘prana’ to heal the whole body. The word ‘prana’ stems from the Sanskrit word meaning ‘vital life force’ or energy. Prana surrounds us all and comes from the sun, the air, and the ground. These natural resources are used in Pranic Healing to balance the energy of the body bringing health and vitality to the system. Quick and simple techniques accelerate the body’s own ability to heal itself, making you feel better quicker. By applying Pranic Healing you can sail through the winter months feeling invigorated and dynamic whilst maintaining good health and beating those germs and viruses.

As with cycles of the seasons, there are also cycles in life. Sometimes things are good and sometimes things are not so good. By regularly using Pranic Healing as a preventative self-care practice you will notice that you will feel better for longer, less stressed and that your quality of life improves in all areas. By offering a gift of a Pranic Healing to yourself or to someone you know, you will be bestowing health and happiness – something we all want and most definitely need.

4 steps to move forward with confidence

Do you feel that you are not reaching your full potential because of a lack of confidence?
Have you ever experienced the ‘Imposter Syndrome’ where you doubt your abilities and worry about being ‘found out’ in your role at work?
Would you like more confidence to achieve your dreams?

When you lack confidence, it can impact everything and there is no doubt that confidence is inherently linked with success. Confidence is required to communicate with people around you, confidence gives you the power and with confidence comes the ability to assert yourself in challenging situations, influence, build trust and connect with people.

So what is confidence? Where does it come from and how can we get more of it?

You may believe that if you have enough knowledge this will increase your confidence.  Yet so many highly qualified people feel they are not worthy of the jobs they do. Confidence isn’t about knowing it all.

‘Air of confidence’?  You can sense it from a persons’ body language and the way they speak but the reality is, confidence is a state of mind that is directly linked with our thoughts and emotions.  Thinking positively and letting go of old limiting beliefs will help your confidence to skyrocket.

4 steps to move forward with confidence

  1. Think Positive – Practising the Meditation on Twin Hearts has been shown to help your thought patterns become more positive and in turn, this will help you grow confidence from the inside.  Try practising this meditation for at least one month and notice the subtle changes in your thought patterns

 2) Focus on Success – No matter what task you have in front of you, visualise yourself succeeding. Ensure that you are setting yourself clear goals and break these down into step by step tasks.  This process not only helps you plan and make the goals seem more achievable but helps more energy to flow to your goals.

 3) Stand Tall – Posture and body language can have a huge impact on how we feel.  Standing tall with an open posture allows energy to circulate through our entire body, invoking chemical reactions that can very quickly give you a sense of power and boost in confidence, perfect if you have an important meeting or presentation to give.

4) Erase Your Fears – Deep-rooted fears can prevent you from confidently moving forward.  Understanding and learning systematic techniques to remove these fears can help you take giant strides forward.  These powerful techniques are taught in Pranic Psychotherapy and can be applied on yourself and others.

Discover the confidence to achieve your dreams, believe that you have the power to transform your life.

Join us for the practical course to learn to remove those fears, limiting thought patterns & self-sabotaging actions.

Stress Extractors: Bring Harmony into your Life

Could your surroundings be making you feel stressed?   Have you ever been to places where you’ve felt uneasy and you couldn’t work out why?  We all strive to keep our homes and workspaces clean and tidy but we’re not aware of the negative energies around us that we might be absorbing.

By implementing four simple yet highly effective tools, you can create a soothing stress-free environment that you deserve.

Crystals have recently been in popular demand as more people become aware of their wonderful healing properties.  Not only can you use them to bring a sense of calm into your life but they can also attract prosperity as well as protect you, your family and your surroundings from what is sometimes termed as ‘psychic attack’   In order to truly learn the secrets of crystals and how to harness their powers then come along to our next Pranic Crystal Healing course this November.

Pictures hanging on our walls are used for visual impact but what emotions do they evoke in you when you look at them?  If you find yourself being drawn to sad, dark or chaotic art then ask yourself why?  Being exposed to certain pictures could be creating more stress in your life so look more to what will inspire and uplift you.   Pictures have an effect on your mood so surround yourself with ones that emanate positivity bringing harmony, stability, good health and abundance into your home and work life.

Plants are an easy and useful way to clean up your environment as well as bring a little bit of nature inside to improve your mood.  The cactus plant often seems to feature as a stylish addition to fashionable interiors but in fact, these plants can help a great deal to remove stress and negative energy from your home or workspace with a few simple techniques.  Learn more at the Psychic Self Defence course in November, to book go to http://www.ukpranichealing.co.uk/courses/

Incense has long been used in many cultures and traditions around the world as a daily ritual and for very good reason as it is highly efficient in cleansing any undesirable energies.  Whether someone has been radiating intense worry in the bedroom or there have been angry exchanges in the kitchen, we can walk into those spaces and unknowingly absorb and take on these feelings into our own emotional system.  Once we understand the benefits of lighting incense, try Sandalwood for effective disintegrating properties, you find that all negativity dissipates making way for a fresh welcoming space to enjoy being in.
