The Secret to Healing ALL of Your Relationships

How many people have you fallen out with in your lifetime?

Who are you still holding onto a grudge with in the today?

Have you added family, friends or strangers to that list since the pandemic?

Does your heart yearn to build bridges and nourish those previously blissful connections?

Did you know there is a scientifically – validated way to repair ALL of your relationships – even the tricky ones that seem beyond rescue?

Energy is omnipresent. From the atoms that make up an apple to the tug at the heartstrings of a parent comforting a crying child, everything is energy.

Prana – the Sanskrit name for this life force – is the basis of every single one of our relationships too.

Typically, when we think of relationships, we conjure up the romantic kind, as well as our bond with family and friends. In reality, we have an ongoing relationship with every single person we have ever encountered. From the work colleagues we interact with daily to the school bully whose radar we couldn’t escape, from the driver who pulled out on us last week – causing us to spit proverbial feathers at the wheel – to the acquaintance who holds radically opposing views on current world topics and never fails to get us in a tailspin.

And let us not forget our own ‘trespasses’ and the times when we have made foolish mistakes that we wish we could erase from the History books of our mind.

In fact, without consciously realising it, many of the trivial faux pas ‘committed’ by ourselves and the people from our past, continue to play on our minds today: over and over like ticker tape on a loop so that we carry a ball and chain of emotional baggage everywhere we go on our life’s journey, causing ourselves untold issues. If only we could stop it.

Well, the joyous news is: we can do that and so much more. We can also quickly turn around situations we might be facing in our current relationships, before they escalate – as well as dissolving sudden future conflicts within moments.

How on earth?

Going back to the subject of energy, just as anger/frustration/hatred/disagreement can fuel a fire creating discord between two people, similarly, these emotions can be cleansed from the chakras of the body so that eventually, the seed is popped and we are set free.

When we reprogramme ourselves energetically and replace these lower emotions with the positive emotion of love. Inner peace is restored and over time, if the person we are seeking a harmonious connection with is still in our day to day life, we will begin to notice marked and magical improvements in our interactions with them. In fact, even if we don’t see the person, we will know in our hearts when all is forgiven.

This seemingly unbelievable process is possible thanks to specific, easy to learn, techniques taught in Pranic Healing; techniques which are as spiritual as they are scientific. Even during a Level 1 class, you can begin to turn your relationships around.

Further to the energy techniques, which you will be encouraged to validate for yourself, you will also be introduced to the life-changing Twin Hearts meditation.

This is a very special meditation that has, once again, been scientifically-proven to provide huge mental and physical health benefits. Since it’s a meditation for world peace, it can also help enormously to heal broken relationships. In giving, one receives, and by blessing the earth during this meditation and asking for forgiveness for our mistakes in our interactions with others, we can transmute conflict and enjoy better connections with everybody.

The powerful Twin Hearts meditation also helps to lower our stress levels meaning we ‘mind the gap’ before we react and we are better able to remain calm and level-headed in testing situations. It truly is a win-win for every aspect of our social lives in the modern world!

Caring is sharing: look after yourself and others in Winter

Self-care is a buzz word at the moment – for good reason. In today’s hectic merry-go-round of work life, family life, home life, social life, exercise regimes, technology distractions and other pressures, it’s absolutely a must to put ourselves first sometimes, so we can rest and recover our bodies and minds. Living such full and busy lives can often leave us physically depleted, emotionally drained, or mentally fatigued, so it’s vital to build resilience, before it gets to that stage.

Self-care helps us to help others. As Pranic Healers, we strive to serve where we can, to help others and care for those around us that are in need, so we know the value of making sure we are strong, grounded and physically well before we can do that.

When you learn Pranic Healing techniques, there are many easy, practical things that can be done regularly, to help protect you from illness, build your immune system, reduce feelings of stress and calm the mind.

Care for your physical health

As we move into Winter, with the cold weather and more time indoors, we are often faced with more viruses and bugs than usual, along with some cold-weather aches and pains that can surface. With Covid-19 also still circulating, it’s a good time to equip yourself with the tools and practical actions you need to protect yourself and stay well. The first level of Pranic Healing will give you the tools you need to boost your immune system, and that of your friends and family, so why not consider joining one of our courses near you?

Care for your mental and emotional health

We all know that stress and anxiety can have an effect on our physical health. In Winter an added complication can often be the lack of sunlight. SAD syndrome affects many and even on the smallest level, can change your mood to one of negativity and sadness, resulting often in fatigue and low energy. Managing stress and reducing negative thoughts and emotions is the key to, not only a calm, positive mindset, but also to a healthy physical body. When you study Pranic Healing, you will learn the power of meditation as well as techniques for managing stress.

Care for your relationships

Another area that needs constant care is your relationships. A happy family and home life, with strong loving relationships at it’s heart, will go a long way to helping you feel fulfilled and loved in your life, promoting feelings of positivity and wellbeing. It’s important then to nurture these relationships, remove any stresses and strains from them and dispel any negative energies that may be present. Pranic Healing allows for all to be treated with powerful methods for stress and worry, fear, grief, addiction and many other challenges that may present. The healing can help you grow strong relationships with partners, children, friends, colleagues and family members.

Peace and harmony in every aspect of life can be achieved using the tools you have at your fingertips such as meditation, keeping a good diet and exercising – now it’s time to add another powerful tool – Pranic Healing.

Care for yourself to be able to care for others

Ever snapped at your partner after a difficult day at work? Or had an unnecessarily tetchy conversation with your boss because you’re too tired from keeping it all going between work and home?

It’s not uncommon for the stresses of daily life to catch up on us, and spill over into other areas of our lives, often impacting our relationships.

It is important to look after ourselves and maintain a regular selfcare regime to ensure this does not happen too often, thereby impacting our relationships.

Paying attention to our own needs and wellbeing helps keep stress, anxiety, and fatigue at bay. It ensures we are rested, have high energy, are mentally more alert and emotionally more centred. In this state, we can bring empathy and compassion to all our relationships, in every context. So, it is well worth it.

That said, self-care doesn’t have to be time-consuming or expensive. It tends to be more effective when indulged in via frequent short bursts rather than via infrequent and elaborate efforts, like an exotic getaway. For example: an outdoors walk, a nice cup of coffee solving the Sunday paper puzzle, or even some ‘me-time’ exploring a new activity or existing hobby all work very well. Anything that helps us connect with our own inner selves.

One of the most efficacious ways to do so is to meditate, and there is increasingly more research on its positive effects on our mental health, cognition, and even physical health. Often though, despite our best intentions, and meditation being a really rather simple and effective self-care habit, it falls by the wayside due to our busy lives.

If you find yourself in that situation, you might want to try the Meditation on Twin Hearts, which is easy to integrate into one’s life, being only twenty five minutes long. It is a guided practice that helps activate one’s heart, cleanse the energy body and leaves one feeling more relaxed and energised.

And if you enjoy the meditation, there are many other simple and effective techniques that are taught on the Level 1, Basic Pranic Healing course.

If you would like to learn these to be able to practice self-care and improve your relationships at work, home and with your significant other, check out the course schedule on this link.

We also have regular meditations online and across the country on a weekly basis – please check the schedule here for one that fits best with your schedule.

Improving Your Relationships

Are you finding your daily interactions with others a challenge and a drain on your energy levels?

Do you wish you had a magic wand to stop those around you from pushing your buttons; to calm that constant urge to react?

Do you wonder if lockdown and homeschooling will ever end?

The first piece of good news is… you are not alone.

Many of us haven’t been in our normal working environments for close to a year. We find ourselves playing teacher all over again – often whilst juggling the demands of our own careers – since our children are back learning from the home.

It goes without saying that even for those of us with the highest patience levels, smooth interaction within our own four walls feels like something we are constantly having to strive for.

Lockdown WILL end at some point. Life is perpetually in motion, nothing ever stays the same, energy is always moving. But until then it’s important that we take some time for inner reflection, which means becoming aware of our own habits and changing our focus accordingly.

Indeed, there is so much wisdom to be gleaned from the expression ‘when you point the finger at someone else, there are three more fingers pointing back at you.’

When our ‘apparent’ world has shrunk to the size of our home, we have a tendency to get out our ‘telescope’ and zoom in on the people around us. We mentally highlight their annoying habits and tally up our endless gripes about their behaviour.

But it’s a vicious circle. What we give out we get back… tenfold. And so the cycle continues: arguments flare up, relationships break down and depression, stress, anger, resentment, anxiety set in. The emotional toll can be relentless.

There are two immediate solutions to this:

Love and Forgiveness.

Transmuting the frequency of the emotion we give out to others – and that others boomerang back at us – is an absolute game-changer.

The second piece of good news is… there are some super-effective and simple tools we can learn and use in everyday life, not just during the pandemic, to flip the struggle on its head.

The depth of the teachings of Pranic Healing is vast and varied, but above all, the techniques (including those for the specifics mentioned in this article: love and forgiveness) are scientifically validated by students. Even on a Level 1 Pranic Healing course you will uncover easily applied yet leading-edge tools to help you transform every one of your relationships and live a happier, more harmonious life.

How to Create Healthy, Happy and Harmonious Relationships

How to Create Healthy, Happy and Harmonious Relationships

Are you struggling in your daily interactions with others due to the restrictions of the pandemic?

Would you like to know the secret to blissful bonds; the way to rebuild bridges; the key to successful communication with family, friends, and colleagues – even amidst the events of the outside world?

Many of us, understandably, feel as if the rug has been pulled from beneath our feet this year; the rules and regulations of society in constant flux as the world learns to adapt to the many challenges of the virus.

Many of us find ourselves working from home; confined in smaller spaces for longer hours than normal (living-rooms and bedrooms doubling up as ‘offices’), attempting to balance home life and career with the responsibilities of raising a family… all whilst trying to keep our cool and manage our stress levels.

Many of us are missing our loved ones, unable to visit our nearest and dearest since they live in another household or a care home.

Many of us miss our opportunities to socialise with close friends: human beings are naturally convivial at heart; our cafe get-togethers, meals out, gym sessions, and trips to the theatre with good company, an important and uplifting aspect of our lives that have temporarily been put on hold.

Many of us are fearing for the security of our jobs – especially if we have been furloughed – and with that comes inevitably strained relationships with our employers and fellow colleagues.

And many of us are fretting as to what all of this means for the fast-approaching Christmas holidays…

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Pranic Healing offers myriad tools to help us overcome all of these obstacles and more. Not only is it one of the foremost non-touch energy healing modalities on the planet in terms of what it can do to help body and mind, it is also invaluable when it comes to repairing and strengthening all of our relationships.

The teachings of Pranic Healing act as a balm to all manner of relationship constraints and situations – from simple and effective forgiveness techniques to learning how to remove stress and anxiety from the body; to harnessing peace and calm in the work environment and scientifically-proven exercises to balance the emotions. Pranic Healing is one powerful skill to learn, helping relationships flourish, restoring their equilibrium.

There are three upcoming Pranic Healing courses between now and February in the UK. Three perfect opportunities to get you started on – or re-acquainted with – your Pranic Healing journey:

Pranic Healing Level 1, Advanced Pranic Healing, and Pranic Psychotherapy.

Release stress and find harmony in your relationships

At this time of year, when the nights draw in and the weather turns colder many people experience physical ailments, aches and pains and fatigue and look for ways to help themselves. You may even find that strong emotions play out around these times as the seasons change to Autumn, there is less natural light, children are back at school and the demanding daily routines of life continue. Without realising it, people are often in a state of mental stress which can be the cause of some of these physical and emotional symptoms.
It is not surprising that stress may be present more clearly than usual, given the current pandemic situation and that many of us are in close lockdown environments, and this can influence our closest loving relationships. Love can be an oasis in uncertain times, but cultivating it takes attention, sincerity, transparency, forgiveness, and gratitude. Given that you might be dealing with multiple stressors as a couple, it is important to speak together about how you can prioritise and manage them. Often these ups and downs can test the strength of your relationships, but they require effort on both sides to make a real and lasting difference.
Relationships are an exchange of energy, in the form of thoughts and emotions. The quality of a relationship is influenced by our energetic output and the surrounding environment. Treating stress felt by both parties is vital for energy to be harmonised, purified, cleansed.
When partners are stressed, they can be impatient, withdrawn, defensive and irritable. Negative energy can radiate from the individual. It’s not hard to see why these behaviours would affect your relationship negatively.  Often people bottle up or keep their stress to themselves, which makes it difficult for their partners to understand what they are going through and to provide the right support. Without some kind of intervention, the gap caused by this kind of situation can get wider and wider.
If stress-energy is not released and removed it can create a negative cycle where partners “catch” each other’s stress. This happens because stress-energy is expelled by one and then caught by the other – when our partners are stressed, we become stressed. Think back to a disagreement that escalated quickly. You might have “caught” one another’s stress during the argument, which made you both feel even more frazzled. Couples get stuck in this negative cycle and may be too stressed to deal with the underlying issues.
Loving relationships can be healed, rejuvenated and harmonised through action on both parts to remove stress and induce calm. Finding a sense of peace, grounding and calming the mind can bring forth feelings of deep love, understanding, patience, wellbeing and forgiveness.
Couples could consider meditation, either together or separately to drive out negative stress-energy, reconnect with themselves and each other and bring in peace. Emotion-based meditations like Pranic Healing’s Twin Hearts Meditation work to open two energetic “hearts” and focus on bringing loving-kindness to the forefront of our mind and soul – it is hugely powerful in healing relationships and promoting harmony among partners.
There are of course many ways to reduce stress such as physical exercise, yoga, being in nature, getting good sleep, eating well, relaxation, breathing exercises and these are all worth doing in everyday life. Sometimes, however, negative stress-energy can get stuck and needs a little help to release. Pranic Healing can help remove this negative stress-energy and help restore a sense of inner peace and calm to both partners. Better still, couples can treat each other when qualified in Pranic Healing to reduce the number of stress energies between them and in the household.
The things in life that we do not see affect us the most. You cannot see your thoughts or emotions but they have the biggest influence on your actions, how you live your life and others around you.

The True Power of a ‘healthy’ relationship

As we get deeper into the Autumn months, it is natural to start taking extra steps to maintain a strong immune system and with Covid-19 still in circulation, this is a priority for many people. Selfcare is often reported as a vital ingredient in keeping our immune systems healthy. Many of us will be focusing on aspects such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep – all of which are important but do we consider how the health of our relationships impacts our physical health and therefore our immunity to viruses and disease?

Many people believe that the state of our emotions plays a direct role in our physical health and immune system. The mind-body link is so powerful that it is worth investing in personal self-care, looking after mental health and understanding how better to manage our thoughts and emotions.

For many people, the factor that can cause the most emotional turbulence is other people. Consider how different relationships make an impact on us?  Are there people in life that are challenging to be around?  Are there people that create feelings of irritation and anger?  Are there those that uplift,  bring positivity and a genuine feel-good factor?

Here are three powerful  ways to promote healthy relationships:

Choose Wisely:

Learn to notice and become aware of how different people radiate different energy.  Try and spend time with the people that laugh, lift your spirits,  are happy, enthusiastic and energising to be around. These people will do us the world of good and help us to feel more optimistic, which in turn will strengthen our immune systems.

In these times of social distancing,  make the most of modern technology to keep ‘close’ to these people, we still benefit from their positive energy, even if they are sitting many miles away.

Learn to Forgive:

Anger is a very strong emotion that can have a profound impact on our physical body, literally changing every cell.  Notice the tension that builds in the body through anger or how we feel depleted after an angry outburst. To help clear this emotion from our system, one of the most effective ways is to practise  ‘forgiveness’.  Practising ‘inner’ forgiveness will bring a sense of inner peace. Pranic Healing teaches the importance of forgiveness and provides practical effective techniques to do this.

Use the science of Twin Hearts Meditation:

Scientifically proven, practising  Twin Hearts Meditation on a  regular basis helps to clear stress, anxiety and other negative emotions from our system helping us to feel more positive and allowing us to see life more clearly and accurately.  In turn, this awareness means we are less likely to respond in a negative emotional way to people around us and thus helps us to maintain healthy relationships,  a healthy mind and a healthy body.

Above all else, always try and think positively about other people. When we focus on the negative qualities of another person, we are creating negative thoughts and we will become more emotionally entangled, which can eventually have a negative impact on our physical health.

Hope and Healing – the Road to Happiness

pink balloon lot on air during daytime

Most of us thrive from having choice and opportunities. The more choices we have, the happier we can feel, knowing we have a sense of control. We are constantly faced with decisions to make and choose the paths that we believe will enrich our lives and bring us closer to our goals. Sometimes however the decisions we make aren’t always those that will bring happiness into our lives.

Society implies that we must gain certain things in life in order to be successful and can make us feel that without reaching these goals, we won’t be happy. These expectations in what we should do in our lives are what can create disharmony within our minds. The good news is, there is a way to disentangle ourselves from this, which will help create more happiness.

When we are unhappy, it’s mainly because something in our life does not live up to our expectations surrounding it. This could be our expectations of our partner’s behaviour toward us, the amount of recognition we deserve at work, how people treat us and so forth. The theme to all of these scenarios is based on external factors that are outside of our control. What we do have control over is how we perceive and react to people and situations.

Energy places a significant role in how we perceive the world around us. We are all individuals who have unique personalities and experiences that influence how we think, how we feel, and ultimately who we are. If we have negative experiences with people, we will tend to see things differently than someone who is always loved and appreciated. So, when different people encounter the same situations, each will have a unique and different perspective.

A bad experience often results in a negative viewpoint. Drilling down deeper, this is actually an energy particle that sits within your energy system. As we get older, these accumulate and a person may find it difficult to see things positively in life.

The good news is, there are ways to rid ourselves of these energy particles which will allow us to see things for what they truly are and live a more positive and fulfilling life. Pranic Healing is a system that brings all of these techniques to people in easy, simple and practical applications to cleanse our systems from unhelpful energies. Just because you can’t see this energy, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. You’ll be amazed at how quickly you can see the results, allowing you to feel better physically, emotionally calmer and have a clearer mind.

You can book a session with a  Pranic Healer or you can even take the courses and learn this system yourself. There are also free meditation groups that are run throughout the UK & Ireland and seminars to give a better understanding on how energy works and how it can influence your health, your relationships and all aspects of your life.

Happy Families – Supportive Ways to Keep the Peace

Would you like to know the secrets to happy family life?
Do you want harmony and peace at home?

Enjoying time with the people that you love creates some of the best memories you will have.  Family members or those close to you have the ability to influence and shape who you are, they can build you, define you but they can be challenging too.

Relationships can create a rollercoaster of emotions that impact every aspect of life.

As I started learning about energy, I never expected that it would change the way I viewed and managed my relationships.  For me, I’ve noticed that my relationships with my family are absolutely key to my health and wellbeing. In periods where I’ve experienced a strained relationship with a family member, I’ve noticed it will often coincide with greater tension in my body, physical pain, lack of concentration and lower energy levels. This is no coincidence.

As I’ve started to understand the link between emotions and my physical and mental health through the Pranic Healing courses, it has become very clear to me that building awareness of and managing my thoughts about those around me is a key ingredient for building and maintaining strong, positive and peaceful relationships.

When you think about it, relationships are a continuous exchange of energy between individuals on several levels.  Have you ever noticed how some people have the ability to make you feel tired and low? Whereas other people can immediately make you smile and feel great?  This is a perfect example of how other people’s energy can affect you. What you radiate is related to your thoughts and emotions. Your thoughts and emotions will be impacting your family members all the time.  Think about a time when you’ve been in a really positive frame of mind – have you noticed how it’s affected those around you? Positive thoughts nurture another person.

There will always be continuous strains placed upon the relationships around you and the challenge is to find ways to let go quickly of any hurt, remain positive about your loved ones and to help keep the peace within a family unit.  Understanding relationships from an energetic viewpoint is a fundamental starting point. The Institute of Pranic Healing UK & Ireland holds regular seminars on managing your personal and professional relationships.

At these sessions, you will learn techniques to help keep the peace and secrets to achieve healthy and harmonious relationship success.

As I’ve come to understand, even the strongest relationships need nurturing but the key to doing so comes from within.

Check out www.ukpranichealing.co.uk for more information about upcoming seminars and courses.
