Origins Of Arhatic Yoga

‘Arhatic’ is derived from the word ‘Arhat’ a Buddhist term meaning union with the incarnated and higher soul. The word ‘Arhatic’ is used to describe a highly evolved being. Yoga means ‘union’. The purpose of Yoga is to achieve union between the incarnated soul and the higher soul. It is a spiritual technology. Arhatic Yoga’ was given by Mahaguruji Mei Ling to Master Choa Kok Sui. It has origins from China, India and Tibet and is a synthesis of seven Yogas: Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Gnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Mantra Yoga and simplified Hatha Yoga.  Master Cho Kok Sui, founder of Modern Day Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga looked at many areas of people’s lives, including spirituality, and developed a highly evolved system, of step by step techniques, mechanisms and teachings that can be easily incorporated into daily life to enhance and improve your spiritual nature.
