After a lifelong struggle with severe metal health issues, eating disorders and addictions Beth was losing hope. Things had hit an all time low when her career in music came crashing down after the newspapers publicly shamed Beth for her struggles with addictions and mental health issues. She was completely broken. Beth tried numerous treatments and therapies over the years but nothing really helped her, until she was introduced to Pranic Healing.

After a few treatments and implementing simple tools and meditations learnt in the courses, Beth’s life became unrecognisable. She says “the teachings are life changing” and have allowed Beth to thrive in every aspect of her life.

Beth’s extremely passionate about Pranic Healing and its simple yet effective approach. Her gratitude for the life she leads today compels her to share these simple techniques with her clients, the community and within the music industry.

Beth has clinics in both Cookham and Marlow. And facilitates The Twin Hearts Meditation in Marlow every Tuesday.
