Caroline began studying Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga in 2014 having suffered with anxiety and depression for a number of years prior. Beginning her working life as a registered nurse in Critical Care, Caroline gained a BSc Psychology and broadened her horizons into the field of social research where she consulted for leading mental health charities instigating social change. An ongoing pursuit of better health led Caroline to discover the self-development techniques of Pranic Healing, with the approach to understanding mental health offered through Pranic Psychotherapy particularly resonating.
Through the application of energy-based tools Caroline was able to experience first hand the capacity of this highly evolved healing system to create transformation in areas of life which had previously proved challenging. The accumulative benefits of better mental health, healthier self esteem and a positive mindset have enabled Caroline to transform her life beyond recognition.
Caroline works as a Pranic Therapist treating patients for the full spectrum of physical and psychological conditions. She is passionate about helping others to live healthier, happier lives by employing the ancient teachings of Pranic Healing and encourages her patients to enhance their understanding and capacity to transform their lives by learning the techniques of Pranic Healing themselves.
