About Helka

In 2008, an old sports injury made Helka look for alternatives for a back operation. Together with this and an unhealthy repeating pattern in relationships, it gave her a push to seek help. A few Years back, Helka had discovered how the simple techniques of Pranic Healing had helped her de-stress with her studies to complete her degree. Helka learned Pranic Healing to heal her back which helped to transform her life. She now helps others to recover rapidly from physical aches and pains and helps to relieve stress and anxiety.

Helka is available for one-to-one healing sessions or why not see her at the weekly Health Clinic on Wednesdays. She is happy to do home/hospital visits for those unable to attend the clinics.

Helka’s other interests lie in sporting activities and her background is in TV production. She is a keen volunteer for other events and enjoys giving treatments at meditation groups and well-being events.
