Sara’s journey in Pranic Healing started in 2009, when she was suffering from stress and ‘burnout’, after leaving her 23 year corporate career. Initially she just wanted to learn, understand and apply it to help herself. After doing the Level 1 course and incorporating the Twin Hearts meditation into her daily routine, together with some Pranic Healing sessions, she started to feel much happier, calmer and positive in herself instead of feeling sad, depressed and anxious all the time. Experiencing this amazing shift inspired her to do the advanced courses and today, Sara is a full time Pranic Healing Therapist.
Sara is passionate about helping others and sharing the benefits of the Twin Hearts Meditation and Pranic Healing and now runs weekly group Twin Hearts Meditations and Seminars in her local area, Iver.
Sara runs a healing clinic from her home in Iver but also travels up to an hour to see clients in the convenience of their home or at hospital and does online ‘distant’ healing sessions. Sara is also a qualified NLP Practitioner, Health and Mindset coach and provides tailored programmes to help manage stress, anxiety and productivity in the workplace.
Having been through trauma and challenges in her younger years she can easily relate to and understand her clients’ needs and how to best help them overcome their physical, emotional and psychological challenges.
