A Pranic Therapist since 2009, Angela treats clients and passionately speaks about how Pranic Healing can help improve and maintain good health, knowing first hand the incredible benefits.

Following a city career Angela became the owner of a 24 hour a day fire and flood restoration franchise dealing with people whose lives had been turned upside down. The business was relentless, intense and at times traumatic.

Angela struggled with tiredness, insomnia and burnout. With her mind whirling like a vicious circle, unable to break the cycle until one day, everything changed.

It was a chance conversation, Angela heard about energy techniques. She knew she had to break the cycle, so chose to learn the techniques and started using them in the business with really remarkable results.

Angela gained practical ways to manage stress and anxiety, she felt calmer, could focus, make better decisions and her energy levels skyrocketed.

New daily wellbeing habits were established alongside a strong passion to share the benefits of Pranic Healing with others.

Today, Angela helps clients, corporates, community and educational establishments to improve wellbeing. Working on site, from her base in Wokingham as well as online.

Additionally, Angela can be found at sports events treating athletes, rugby players, ultra-runners, triathletes, cyclists with Pranic Healing, giving on the spot treatments for sports injuries or a boost of energy!
